I understand that Soni Destinations, LLC acts as an independent travel advisor and is not the provider of travel services such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, or tour operators.

I acknowledge that all bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and change fees of the travel suppliers.

I understand that prices and availability are not guaranteed until payment is processed and confirmed.

I acknowledge that travel insurance has been offered and understand that declining coverage may result in financial loss if I cancel or interrupt my trip.

I accept responsibility for reviewing travel documents, verifying passport validity, and meeting all identification, visa, and entry requirements.

I understand that Soni Destinations, LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, weather events, mechanical issues, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Final Acknowledgment, Authorization & Release

I acknowledge that Soni Destinations, LLC acts solely as an independent travel advisor and agent for disclosed travel suppliers and does not own, operate, or control the services provided by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, or other vendors. All reservations are subject to the terms, conditions, cancellation policies, fare rules, and limitations of liability imposed by those suppliers.

I understand that pricing and availability are not guaranteed until payment is processed and written confirmation is issued. I accept financial responsibility for all bookings made on my behalf, including applicable change fees, cancellation penalties, supplier-imposed charges, and processing fees.

I understand that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, schedule changes, mechanical issues, weather events, government actions, health-related incidents, or other circumstances beyond the control of Soni Destinations, LLC. I agree that Soni Destinations, LLC shall not be liable for acts, errors, omissions, injuries, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from the acts or negligence of any travel supplier or from events beyond its reasonable control.

I acknowledge that travel insurance has been recommended and that declining coverage may result in unrecoverable financial loss. I accept responsibility for reviewing all travel documents, verifying passport validity, securing visas, and meeting all entry and health requirements.
